Creighton’s Service Learning Program Abroad, Encuentro Dominicano, is Creighton’s own study abroad program facilitated through a collaborative effort by the Creighton College of Arts & Sciences (CCAS), the Office of International Programs (OIP), the Department of Residence Life, and the Division of Student Services. Courses are taught by the Academic Director and other visiting Creighton faculty members. During the semester, students will spend time in a “campo” living with a host family and completing a service project. Space on each semester cohort fills fast; if you are interested, submit your Encuentro Dominicano application to the OIP as soon as possible!
